Friendship Lost and Love Found

I don't understand,
How things had gone so out of hand.
How events came to be,
And how you ended up with me.


You came so unexpectedly,
And now, I've fallen in love with thee.
Funny, how things came to pass.
Question is , Why us?


It came like a thief in the night,
Moving so swift and light.
We were friends from the start,
And mountains apart.


You had her,
And I had another.
We then stopped to communicate,
A time to separate.

We went our separate ways,
Both wrapped in someone else's warm embrace.
Almost three years have past,
When you came at last.


It seemed just like yesterday,
When love came our way.
Now that fate has taken place,

Oftentimes

Oftentimes, when I'm alone,

My thoughts start to roam.

Thinking you're in someone else's arms,

Mesmerized by someone else's charms.

Yet, oftentimes, I think again,

Of how we were now and then.

 Yes, the distance pains me,

That its driving me crazy.

Yet, somehow I'd want you to see,

That though you're far away from me,

No matter how many foolish thoughts I have,

I guess, it really isn't that bad.

Sometimes, I think of you and me,

Crossing Bridges

In the eyes of a child,
Innocence dare not hide.
And as time goes,
The child grows.


Many times we commit mistakes,
Risks, we're not afraid to take.
And when we fall, we move on.
Taking note, of what went wrong.

Of life's experience, we come to tell.

Love comes unexpectedly,
A feeling with so much beauty.
When love did come that day,
I didn't know what to say.


I had thought of you as a friend,

Love Found

Its funny how two people find each other and learn that love does exist in two lost friends...


Just like fate to bring someone so unexpectedly and make you feel so happy. Suddenly, when you awake, there he is, so handsome and adorable, that you'd wish he would protect you in his arms and hold you forever.


I thought I would never find that person who would make me strive to make me feel what love truly is...


Now, that i have found that special bond between two people, I intend to keep it and preserve it with this special being. I offer everything i have, cause I have truly found the love I have searched for...

Love Lost

I thought it was just funny, or pure imagination, but I was wrong, for love was true and strong...


A love lost, I thought would never be replaced, nor forgotten. For years, I burdened myself with this, but now, it just seems not to be...


For a love lost is relived in another time, in another place, with someone else that truly loves you deeply...


But ,the pains of love lost remains, memories would always be remembered. Time, they say, heals all wounds, but would never erase the scars.


Scars are there to remind us, of the foolishness done, the love shared and offered, of broken promises  and the sincerity of your heart that love binds...


But fate, took a playful turn, to let me love and yet be hurt immensely. A love lost, I cannot repair nor restore. Memories I cannot forget, for time has trapped it in its sands, urging us that we must go on...

Though I am far away,
